Poncha Springs

Poncha Springs, or simply well known amongst the locals as Poncha, is located at the Junction of Highway 50 and Highway 285 at 7469 ft above sea level, in colorful Chaffee County, Colorado. Poncha Springs is nicknamed the Crossroads of the Rockies,  because it’s surrounded by the surreal beauty of the San Isabel Forest, outstanding view of 14 mountains reaching elevations of 14,000 ft. Poncha Springs neighbors Salida (5.1 miles), Buena Vista (24.2 miles) and Gunnison (60 miles.)
